Educating Dora: teaching conversational AI in healthcare to sound right

Adam Brandt and Spencer Hazel, from the School of Education, Communication and Language Sciences have been helping Dora, an artificial intelligence (AI) automated voice system, to ‘sound right.'
They are collaborating with Ufonia Ltd the digital health company who developed Dora. This work has helped shaped the interactions between Dora and patients across the NHS.
