Why run for us?
As a Team Newcastle runner, you will receive:
- A complimentary Team Newcastle running vest to wear on the day.
- A pre-race breakfast to provide the necessary fuel to power through the 13.1-mile route
- Tips and advice on fundraising
Most importantly, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with your university community and work together to make a difference for future generations of students.

Every step you take will go towards supporting young people from the most disadvantaged backgrounds to access higher education. By running with Team Newcastle, you will provide vital support such as scholarships and bursaries, hardship funding, food supplies, course materials and much more.
